Little Britches Return & Shipping Policy
We want you to love every item you receive from Little Britches. Please review our policies carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Return Approval Required
All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
Please email little.britchesmtv@gmail.com to request return approval.
Any items returned without prior approval, including packages that arrive back to us without authorization, will not be accepted, processed, or returned to the sender.
2. Discounted Orders
Orders purchased with a discount of 20% or more are final sale.
This includes all pre-sale items, which are discounted greater than 20%.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or order changes will be accepted on discounted orders unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
3. Pre-Sale Orders Policy
Pre-sale items are made or ordered in advance and require production time. By purchasing a pre-sale item, you agree to the following:
• All pre-sale orders are final sale
• No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, size changes, or order modifications are permitted once placed
• Estimated ship dates are provided at the time of purchase and are not guaranteed
The only exception is if your order exceeds the stated expected delivery window by a significant amount.
In that case, please contact little.britchesmtv@gmail.com and we will review your order on a case-by-case basis.
4. Package Protection Policy
Package Protection is available on all orders at checkout and is preselected for your convenience.
You may opt out prior to completing your purchase.
If you opt out of Package Protection, please note:
• Once your order is scanned by the shipping provider, Little Britches is not responsible for shipping-related issues
• This includes lost packages, damaged packages, stolen packages, or delivery errors caused during transit
• We will not assist with claims, replacements, refunds, or store credit for transit-related issues if Package Protection was declined
• This does not apply to fulfillment errors made by Little Britches. If we sent the incorrect item, we will replace it
By opting out of Package Protection, you accept full responsibility for the shipment once it leaves our facility, excluding confirmed fulfillment errors on our end.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Error)
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to a fulfillment error on our end, please contact us immediately at little.britchesmtv@gmail.com.
In these cases:
• We will replace the item
• Refunds are not issued
• Return shipping is covered by Little Britches
This applies regardless of discount level or order type.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all approved, non-defective returns.
Return shipping is covered by Little Britches only when the issue is confirmed to be our error.
7. Store Credit for Approved Returns
Approved returns that are not defective will receive store credit only once the item is returned and inspected.
Monetary refunds are not issued.
Britches Box Subscription Policy
All Britches Box monthly subscriptions are final sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered unless an item inside the box is defective or incorrect due to our error.
If an issue occurs, please email little.britchesmtv@gmail.com.
We will replace the defective item. Refunds will not be issued.
Reseller Bundle Policy
All reseller bundles are final sale.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an error was made on our end.
If a defective or incorrect item is received, please email little.britchesmtv@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement.
Refunds are not issued.
